Barbara Grimm

Barbara saw firsthand the challenges faced by children and youth during her 15 years working in schools. Holding a degree in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and working in education with much of her experience working with special education students. Prior to her role in education, Barbara served as a police dispatcher, overseeing the police board. Given her experiences in working with people in crisis, Barbara founded School Responder™ to quickly get support to struggling students. Barbara’s extensive business background in multi-million dollar real estate projects, combined with her education and dispatcher experiences formed the vision for the School Responder™ wellness response mobile application and associated verticals.

Dr. Eric Weinstein

Dr. Eric Weinstein is a practicing psychologist licensed in Pennsylvania and Colorado and certified to perform telepsychology in 30+ states under PsyPact/APIC. Dr. Weinstein's practice includes clinical and forensic psychology, clinical assessment and treatment, and conducting evaluations for the courts as well as in private litigation. He has been a director, associate director and owner of several private mental health practices and has worked as a consultant providing psychological services to various organizations and companies. Dr. Weinstein’s consulting work has included Fortune 500 companies, healthcare agencies and the entertainment industry where he has worked to provide insight, direction, and problem-solving strategies in coordination with staff/employees, and also to enhance understanding and relationships with customers/clients. Finally, Dr. Weinstein works outside of the mental health system to help foster and improve general wellness in the community.
